Extent of guarantee:
In the unlikely event of a failure of the laboratory work "Dental Tourism Marmaris" have agreed to meet the cost of the traveling and hotel accommodation expenses of the patient for an additional trip to Marmaris to carry out any remedial work.
"Dental Tourism Marmaris" will also cover all necessary dental and laboratory costs to rectify the problem. In the case of small adjustments you can use a dentist in your own country and forward your bill to "Dental Tourism Marmaris" for reimbursement.
"Dental Tourism Marmaris" allocates 50.- Euros for such repairs as re-cementing crowns, denture or partial denture adjustment.
Guarantee will be reduced or invalidated :
- If oral hygiene is neglected
- If the dentists' instructions are not followed (for example not to wear the dentures during the night)
- If removable restoration such as partials dentures or full dentures are not kept and maintained properly
- If the patient does not visit a dentist for a routine check-up at least once a year
- If the gum tissue or teeth bone is naturally reducing
- If accidental damage, for example dropping dentures
- If the patient loses or gains a substantial amount of weight during a short period of time
- If there is a general sickness occurring that has negative effects on the dental condition ( diabetes, osteoporosis, etc. )
- If patient does not notify "Dentist's" prior to exercising their guarantee
